Workplace counselling for your employees
When someone in your team is struggling, it doesn’t necessarily stay outside the office. Anxiety, bereavement, relationship problems, chronic illness, stress or difficulties at home can affect their wellbeing, concentration and ability to work.
You may already know that an employee needs some extra support, but not have an EAP or occupational health service to refer them to. Or perhaps you’d simply prefer to offer them access to a trusted counsellor rather than giving them the additional challenge of having to find someone themselves.
I provide confidential workplace counselling for organisations in Hertfordshire and London, with sessions available online or at your workplace.
Counselling from someone who understands business
Before becoming a counsellor, I had a senior-level career in corporate management, so I’m familiar with demanding commercial environments, ambitious targets and the pressure that can come with being responsible for other people as well as yourself.
That experience means I understand the organisational context your employees are working within, while the counselling itself remains focused entirely on the person in front of me.
I can support employees with issues including anxiety and stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, chronic illness or pain, workplace pressures and significant changes in their personal or professional lives.
How workplace counselling works
I can work with individual employees or provide counselling as part of a day of support for your organisation. Sessions are confidential, with clear boundaries agreed between me, the organisation and the employee from the outset.
If you’re not sure what kind of support would work best for your organisation, book a free call and we can talk through what you need.
