Have you ever wondered if this is as good as it gets? Do you struggle with self-esteem, anxiety or chronic pain? Are you worried about your relationship with your partner, your child, or your boss?
Most of us wrestle with these problems at some point in our lives. You are not alone, and you have more power than you think.
Life happens. Sometimes we feel satisfied with where our life is at, and excited about the future. But life can also be stressful and confusing, even when we have things to look forward to. Mostly, we figure things out for ourselves, but sometimes we can feel stuck and need a little extra help to make sense of it all. That’s where I can help.
I will help you…

Manage your anxiety
Make sense of your feelings so you can make the best decisions for you.

Improve your relationships
Manage conflict better so you can have more confidence with your boss, less conflict with your teenager, and more intimacy with your partner.

Put the focus back on you
Learn how to get your needs met, and how to say no without feeling guilty.
Meet Helen
Are you living with loss, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain or illness?
Is this affecting your relationships, your work or your self-esteem and energy levels? You may be feeling isolated, confused and scared of the future. This makes it more difficult than usual to cope with life’s challenges.
My name is Helen Wills, and I’ve been there. I am a Gestalt qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a background in corporate management. I will work with you to explore what feels important for you and help you identify ways to get unstuck, so you can improve your relationships and feel better in your own skin.
The moment I met Helen, I felt her warmth and kindness.
Helen helped me understand that what I was feeling was totally normal, she showed patience, understanding and empathy. She made me feel at ease, which enabled me to open up to her and talk about how I was feeling. Helen explained the different stages of grief to me and suggested some tools to help me cope. I always felt stronger when our sessions finished and although I am still grieving and always will be, I am able to deal with my feelings and still use the tools Helen suggested, to this day.
